Aon Hewitt, recently conducted the 2011 best employers survey together with Singapore’s Business Times and The Straits Times Recruit. This is the 6th employer survey by Aon Hewitt and it involved more than 2 million employees from over 900 organizations and companies around the region. In this survey, a list of 13 companies were identified as the most outstanding or best employers in Singapore.

The list included an interesting mix of organizations from the financial services and hospitality industries. Surprisingly, the Singapore Prison Service and Institute of Technical Education, both government statutory boards, made the list. Some of these organizations were also pass Singapore Quality Award winners.
